Return Policy
At Bellass, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our products. Due to the nature of personal care items and our strict hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we gladly accept returns for an exchange or replacement under specific circumstances.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Replacements/Exchanges)
You may request a return for a replacement only if the item received meets one of the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective: The product was physically damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: The product you received does not match the item on your order confirmation.
- Expired Product: The item delivered has passed its stated expiration date.
Note: The item must be completely unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all factory seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Products where the original packaging has been damaged or altered by the customer.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or using discount codes (unless defective).
- Returns based on personal preference (e.g., disliking the fragrance or texture).
- Adverse skin reactions. (We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.)
3. How to Initiate a Return Request
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Contact Us: Email bellassindia@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
- Provide Proof: Attach clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Review Process: Our team will evaluate your request within 2–3 business days.
4. Shipping for Returns
If the return is approved due to an error on our part, Bellass will bear the return shipping costs.
5. Resolution (Replacements)
- If approved, a replacement of the exact same product will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the exact product is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the purchase value.
- Under no circumstances will a cash or credit card refund be issued.
